The Enchanted Turret Stairs
Stepping through the front door, my client wanted to feel an instant embrace of warmth, colour, and personality, something to lift her spirits after a busy day running her health clinic. She envisioned a space that was both joyful and transportive, where pattern, florals, and rich hues would welcome her home.

First Steps
Taking inspiration from Hellelil and Hildebrand, the Meeting on the Turret Stairs by Frederic William Burton (1816–1900), I wove a narrative of romance and whimsy throughout the hall, stairs, and landing.
Capturing The Warmth of The Home
Layered textures, bold yet harmonious colours, and artful details create a sense of movement and depth, much like the storytelling brushstrokes of a master painting.
The End Result
The end result? A homecoming that feels like stepping into a beautifully curated dream, where every detail, from layered textures to rich hues, tells a story of warmth and romance. This enchanting space lifts the spirit, welcoming its owner with an embrace of colour, pattern, and timeless artistry.
For me, art is an endless source of inspiration, whether through colour combinations, patterns, or material selections. In this home, those artistic influences come to life, transforming everyday spaces into something evocative and meaningful. The result? A homecoming that feels like stepping into a beautifully curated dream.
